St. Paul, Minn. (January 29, 2024) – OMG Media Solutions is thrilled to announce the grand opening and ribbon cutting event/open house of OMG Studios, a new state-of-the-art digital recording, production and livestream studio in St. Paul (550 Vandalia Street, Suite 220 B) on Thursday, February 1, 2024, at 11 a.m.
Known for its Juneteenth films and its Celebrate Culture and Community partnership with the Minnesota State Fair, OMG Studios is committed to its consistent track record of producing educational programming and developing youth talent in media and entertainment.
The invite-only grand opening is being hosted by the Midway Chamber of Commerce and St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter. St. Paul City Council member Mitra Jalali will help with the ribbon-cutting honors as well. Live music will openand close the event featuring Thomasina Petrus accompanied by Thom West and Twin Cities’ own Nunnabove. A private evening event will feature DJ Lenka Paris.
This new venue is home to OMG Studios and KZMO HD, two of the OMG Media Solutions companies, as well as the Innovation Lab Project, which is a youth music and art development program supported by community partners including:
